Located on the second floor overlooking the veranda and lush gardens, this room was occupied by each of the Jackson boys when they were the oldest male child or “gentleman” of the house. The room is adorned with fine paintings of hunting dogs and is furnished with a pair of Queen Anne high-back chairs, beautifully carved breakfront, large writing desk, end tables, and a four-poster king bed residing atop an antique needle point rug. The breakfront was given to Mr. Jackson upon completion of Rosemary Hall by the Governor Jenkins of Georgia. The private bath has a shower/tub combination, a closet for your convenience, and lavish bath amenities. The room is 256 square feet, bathroom is 55 square feet, for a total of 311 square feet.
