Rosemary has all the luxurious amenities you could hope for in a 4-Diamond award-winning Inn.
Suites and Guestrooms
All reservations must be held with a valid credit card. Credit cards will be validated during the reservations process, but will not be charged until check-in. Reservations made with debit cards will be processed for payment-in-full during the reservations process. It is important for us to know your arrival time, as we provide for you a personalized check-in experience.
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Guests who do not cancel during this time frame will be charged a cancellation fee equal to their first night's room charge, plus tax.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and runs through 6:00 p.m. The Innkeepers will be onsite during this time to personally meet and greet you. Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. A late check-out of 12:00 can be arranged with advance notice and approval for an additional charge.
The maximum occupancy for all rooms is 2 persons, except for "The Jackson Suite," which is 5 persons. There can be no exceptions for this policy.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. on weekdays and at 9:00 a.m. on weekends. If your needs require a different dining time, please let us know prior to your visit and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request.
Breakfast can be delivered to your room, or served in one of our private dining areas or on the front veranda for a service charge of $25.00, and must be requested no later than the evening before. Private dining areas are based on availability.
Due to the historic nature of the home and its interiors, pets are not allowed in the Inn. We can provide the names and numbers of kennels upon request.
Smoking is not permitted, except in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this policy will result in your credit card being billed for all cleaning charges incurred in addition to a $250 penalty.
Candles or the lighting of any flames inside Rosemary Inn is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in your credit card being billed for all cleaning charges incurred in addition to a $250 penalty.
Unreturned keys will result in a $45 charge, per key, to your credit card.
Guests shall be liable for all damages to guestroom furnishings, bedding, linens, etc., caused by his or her act, omission or negligence. We reserve the right to charge guest's credit card for the amount required to repair and/or clean any such damage.
Fresh towels and linens are provided upon request.
Rosemary Inn is not liable, nor responsible for lost or stolen items.
