Originally the bedroom of younger daughter Edith Barrington Jackson, this room became the dwelling of Edith and her husband James Bishop Alexander after their marriage in 1913. This elegant corner suite looks out past the grand columns to the fountain of Calhoun Park and is richly decorated in hues of blue and brown. This room is complete with a four-poster queen bed, adorned with lush silk bedding and draperies beaded with crystal, a hand carved writing desk, armoire and dresser. The large sumptuous bath features a period claw-foot tub, double vanity and walk-in shower.  *The room is 289 square feet, bathroom is 182 square feet, for a total of 471 square feet.
