We look forward to hosting your special event at the Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast. Please note that the Rosemary Inn primarily operates as an inn, but is used as an event facility for special occasions and small meetings. Limited planning services are available, as well as a list of local approved vendors that can be provided prior to the event.

Inn Room Rental Requirement

For weekend weddings and certain events held at Rosemary Inn, we require the booking of all six guest rooms for a two night minimum during our peak seasons. (See “venue fee/ room pricing info” link below)  Peak seasons are identified as March 2 – June 30, 2012 and September 1 – November 12, 2012.

Rosemary and Lookaway Inn are private homes, open only for the exclusive use of their guests. Out of respect for the privacy of the residents and guests, drop-in inquiries will not be accepted. Site visits are available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 – 5 pm. An event coordinator will contact you to schedule a date and time.
